Hello, and welcome to our new and improved home on the Web!  I am very excited to be able to invite you to look around and enjoy the remarkable changes. 

This is a wonderful time to be a College Republican.  The 2008 election cycle that is descending upon us - with all the hubbub that surrounds a presidential year – will be full of opportunities for hands-on involvement in the work of getting good people elected.  Whatever your reasons for an interest in politics, you will have all kinds of motivation for really getting into it this year.  I assume if you’re visiting this site that you probably already know why you believe the way you do.  So let me just encourage you to come join with us to help you further and support those beliefs.  We have and are continually working to improve an amazing network across the state to find volunteers for candidates and volunteer opportunities for supporters.  But we also believe in having fun, and regularly enjoy special visits with the important leaders who come to visit our state.  Not to mention the parties and activities that help build friendships and working relationships with other college students, campaign staff, and candidates - relationships that will immeasurably enrich the rest of our lives and careers.  I personally have made some very dear friends among the wonderful people in this group, and sincerely hope that you will explore the fellowship of likeminded people possible only through getting involved.
